Berks Community Services Survey Team (CSST)

Berks CSST promotes individual and family advocacy through satisfaction assessment, i.e., collecting feedback in the form of surveys. The team engages with a minimum of 300 Berks County residents per year who have recently received community-funded behavioral health services.  

​The team is staffed by individuals who have used behavioral health services themselves or have a family member who used them. The survey process gives voice to individual experiences and helps to identify local trends in service access, environment, experience, and outcomes. We report survey results to Berks County, community funding organizations, and providers of behavioral health services.

  • Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (CFST) 
  • Community Hospital Integration Program Project (SAM-CHIPP) 
  • Base-Funded Services Satisfaction Survey (SAM-BFS)
