In Person Groups Beginning the week of April 5th

Beginning the week of April 5, 2021 Women’s Wellness & the Anxiety, Stress & Creativity Groups will run 90 minutes and the Anxiety, Stress & Creativity group will occur twice a month.

We will begin facilitating in-person groups which will take place in our rear parking lot, weather permitting. If weather is poor, the group will be conducted via Zoom. In-person groups will be limited to ten (10) participants and COVID19 precautions will continue to be observed. This will include participants being screened prior to beginning group. Masks will be required; if you don’t have one, we will provide one to you.

Please call the facilitator of the group you’re interested in attending to reserve a spot. If there are no spots available or if you are unable to attend in person for any other reason, we will be conducting the group via Zoom as well.
