Beginning January 13, 2021 this new, weekly group will be facilitated by Cassie Kinter and Deb Zerbe virtually on Zoom (Mtg. ID: 861 1782 3079 & Passcode: 826093) every Wednesday from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm.
This will be a structured group where we will explore the funny side of life. We will explore easy at home creative expressions that you can do to help with stress and anxiety. We will explore a meditation or a calming technique weekly. This group is all about you and how you are feeling this week.
